Cancellation and Return



You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed and invoiced.

To cancel an order you just have to tell us by e-mail, providing us with the order number you wish to cancel.

If you have selected the “prepayment” method of payment and you have already made the transfer or entry, you must also provide us with your bank details (account number) so that we can return your money. This management will only be possible in writing and from the email provided at the time of ordering.


There may be different circumstances to proceed with the return of an order.

1.) The product received is damaged during transportation. When receiving the merchandise must ensure that the package is externally in good condition and has no symptoms of having received a blow, if so must refuse the shipment reflecting the impact on the delivery note of the carrier and notify the customer service department during 24 Hours.

Once you have received your order, you should open it and check that the merchandise does not appear to have any anomalies.

2.) Defective merchandise. If you detect a defect in the operation of the article, you have 10 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise to proceed with its return. You must send us an email as a reason “is defective”, along with your order number, invoice or delivery note. After the request will be sent the procedure to proceed with the change or reimbursement.

3.) Right of withdrawal. You have ten calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to execute the right of return or withdrawal. The procedure for the return must be processed through our mail.

In cases of wear or deterioration of the product due to causes that are not due solely to your test to make a purchase decision, will agree with the customer the amount to be returned.

Remember that in order to proceed to the return of a product the following requirements must be met:

1.) Be within the established period of 10 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

2.) The product must be in perfect condition, including manuals, accessories, promotional gifts, and in general everything that goes with the purchase of the mentioned product. In the case of not being received in its original packaging the product will suffer a depreciation that will be passed on to the consumer.

3.) The return of the product (when it is defective) will always be managed with the transport agency designated by, according to the instructions that will be sent to make the return. It will not be possible to make the return directly in our facilities.

4.) It must be accompanied by the delivery note or invoice issued together with the product to be returned.

5.) The product must be perfectly packed to avoid damages and incidents in transportation.

In cases where our after-sales department detects that the returned product has been improperly manipulated by the customer, the return will not be accepted, and in case of acceptance, the entire amount paid in the purchase will not be refunded.

Remember that there are some exceptions in merchandise returns.


The right of withdrawal will not apply in the purchase of any type of batteries or current transformers.
